They offer excellent opportunities for career progression, with a basic starting salary of £16,000 – £20,000 depending on experience + chance to boost your monthly earnings with a realistic and uncapped monthly bonus + Pension Scheme + 26 days holiday and 4 bank holidays.
A full and comprehensive training programme will be provided for all new Advisors.
Key duties of the Customer Service Advisor:-
·Maximising the return on collections accounts, whilst ensuring customers are treated fairly
·Delivering effective solutions
·Managing a diary of accounts
·Achieving collections and quality targets each month
·Achieving set call targets
·Ensuring compliance and regulatory standards are followed
Successful Advisors will have:-
·An excellent telephone manner
·A friendly, empathetic nature
·Ability to build rapport with a variety of different customers
·A well organised approach, with an ability to handle challenging situations
·A willingness to help customers resolve their repayments of outstanding balances
·Eligibility to work in the UK
