As the Online Customer Support Advisor you will work across a number of cutting edge systems to help meet the ever changing needs of the customer and be responsible for interacting with customers via email, SMS and webchat.

Responsibilities of the Online Customer Support Advisor includes:

Dealing with any customer queries
Interacting with customers with honesty, integrity and professionalism
Ensuring customer account information is updated
Managing a diary of accounts
Delivering effective solutions
Providing a high level of customer service at all times
Achieving SLAs
