I have over 20 years’ experience in automotive engineering having undertaken various roles in Facility, Process and Strategic Planning for both BMW UK Manufacturing and Rolls-Royce cars.
Having first-hand experience of automotive OEM and Tier One and Two suppliers, I fully understand the challenges the automotive sector faces in recruiting the best employees, to ensure production deadlines are met, and continuity of service is maintained, in this constantly evolving and changing arena.
Outside of work, I have competed in competitive forms of motorsport from the age of 11 until the current day in karts and cars and I currently race a Radical SR3 when work and family commitments allow.
