A learning & development specialist with 25 years’ experience in leadership and soft skills training, career coaching, graduate and talent recruitment and programmes. Debbie works with individuals and groups to raise self-awareness and support any development areas such as confidence, assertiveness, relationship management.
A recruitment specialist, with over 30 years’ experience of interviewing candidates, running assessment centres and training courses, through to managing HR departments. Karen has coached candidates and helped them achieve their goals with her intuitive approach to looking at CVs.
Mandy is a qualified, NLP and Positive Impact Coach and accredited Belbin Trainer. She has a wealth of experience in HR, managing redundancy processes and advising, mentoring and coaching employees on their careers.
