To recruit 50+ roles for a new £70m state-of-the-art processing plant in Stratford upon Avon.

Brief
To manage the whole recruitment process to ensure the plant was fully operational.

Outcome
Vacancies filled included Office Manager, Chief Engineer, Accountants, Production Manager, Process Technicians, Marketing Manager, Quality Assurance and Laboratory Technicians.

To recruit 50+ positions in a 4 month period, working very closely with senior managers in Dunstable, and a change organisation, reporting to the Board at regular meetings to ensure results were delivered on time.

Outcome
Recruited staff to work in HR, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Administration, IT and Engineering.
