This super client in Stoneleigh, is looking for an experienced Administrator to work in their small team on a fixed term basis for 25 hours per week, up until the end of March approximately. This could be extended, and there may be a possibility of the role becoming permanent in the future.
The temporary Administrator will be provided with training and be required to start within the next 1-2 weeks ideally.
Duties of the Administrator:-
• Facilitate applications to 3 training courses/qualifications.
• Process certificates, and scheme cards, within the set KPI turnaround times, whilst maintaining an accurate database.
• Provide excellent customer service support to clients requiring help and support on the route to getting the certifications and guide them through the process.
• Validate course certificate claim forms and complete certification process.
• Help to keep an up-to-date list of qualifications needed within the database to obtain certifications.
• Be available to answer member queries relating to the courses.
• Provide support to Training Providers with the delivery of Online courses.
• Promote the schemes to the members to maximise uptake.
The successful Administrator will have:-
• Proven experience in a data processing/ administration role
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Desire to learn something new and ability to keep up to date with regulatory changes
• Team orientated and happy to help with other duties and roles as and when required.
• Be fully eligible to work in the UK
