Executive Assistant responsibilities:
Be a true right hand to the CEO
Manage priorities, communications, and complex scheduling with confidence
Prepare sharp, insightful briefings, reports, and presentations
Ensure actions are tracked and delivered at pace
Drive projects and business improvements
Take early-stage ideas and shape them into structured plans and outputs
Develop and refine policies, processes, and documentation
Coordinate and deliver strategic projects across the organisation
Support organisational performance
Monitor progress against key priorities and objectives
Support data protection activities, including Subject Access Requests
Manage a fast-paced, varied workload with autonomy
The successful Executive Assistant will be:
More than an organiser—you’re a problem-solver who can take ownership and make things happen.
You’re comfortable working with senior leaders, handling sensitive information, and operating with a high degree of independence.
You’ll bring:
2–3+ years’ experience supporting senior leaders
Experience improving processes, developing policies, or delivering projects
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
High-quality writing and document drafting ability
Confidence managing competing priorities independently
Sound judgement, professionalism, and discretion
As Executive Assistant you will get:-
