This family-run South Warwickshire based Domiciliary Care Home, are looking for Carers to help to deliver high standards of personalised care to residents across Warwickshire and Worcestershire.

Set shifts with guaranteed hours

Paid your agreed contracted hours –paid travel time at £13.00 per hour + overtime if applicable

Mileage paid at 35p per mile

7am – 1pm, 9.30am – 2.30pm and 4pm – 10pm shifts available

Pick from Monday-Sunday — work 3, 4 or 5 days

Contracted hours: 18-30 hours/week (your choice)

You will be part of a team which offers an open and welcoming environment (private and CHC funded – not Council), where your ideas and contributions are genuinely appreciated.

No visits overlap, to allow adequate travel time, so you never feel rushed between appointments, and each visit is at least an hour long.

As a successful Carer you will be part of a supportive team who genuinely cares about one another and the work carried out.

Responsibilities of the Carer include:-

Delivering high-quality care, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication support, and companionship.

Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting client independence.

Communicating effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Ensuring a safe and clean environment for clients.
