If so, this friendly, family-run home care provider based in Alcester, supporting clients across Warwickshire and Worcestershire is looking for a compassionate and motivated Field Care Supervisor to join their growing team.

Duties of the Field Care Supervisor:-
You’ll continue providing care while taking on additional responsibility supporting carers and clients.
You’ll be involved in:
Carrying out care visits and spot checks
Supporting and mentoring carers
Completing care reviews and competency assessments
Supporting new carers through induction and development
Building strong relationships with clients, families and professionals
Supporting with safeguarding and incidents
Ensuring care plans and records are accurate and up to date
Helping maintain high standards of care to meet CQC requirements
Requirements of the Field Care Supervisor:-
Experience in domiciliary care
Level 3 Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Experience supporting, mentoring or supervising other carers
Good knowledge of person-centred care and safeguarding
Excellent communication and organisation skills
A positive, approachable and professional attitude
A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
Full eligibility to live and work in the UK
Supervisory training can be provided for experienced Carers, in order to develop your supervisory skills and confidence.
An enhanced DBS check will be required as part of the recruitment process.
