A General Operative member is required to start in July on a temporary basis (may go permanent for the right candidate), for this leading event and exhibition company based near Stratford upon Avon.
This is a super opportunity for a practical and hardworking individual, who enjoys working with their hands, and is looking for a role which isn’t 9-5, but offers the chance to travel throughout the UK and occasionally.
The General Operative member will be working with a team of experienced Project Managers, on events and exhibitions such as Roadshows, Trade Fairs, the Grand Prix, to name but a few!
Your role as General Operative will be to assist in the:-
Installation and removal of temporary structures, and exhibition/event stands.
To drive throughout the UK in company vehicles working on a variety of projects
The successful General Operative will be:-
Physically fit and able to use hand tools
Fully permitted to live and work in the UK without restriction
Hours are 8am-5pm, but due to the nature of the events industry, some flexibility is required to work outside these hours, and occasional weekends and nights away will be required depending on the project
